Boys Junior Varsity Baseball, Boys Varsity Baseball · Bearden baseball sends four players on to college baseball

Four Bearden senior baseball players signed to play college baseball when the signing period opened on Wednesday.

Brandon Trammell signed with Tennessee, following in the footsteps of his father Bubba and former Bearden baseball star Derek Lance.

David Beam signed with ETSU, following former Bulldog outfielder Trey York.

Keith Gabrielson signed with Princeton, and Prater Knight with Maryville College.

The four seniors were all starters on last season’s 27-11 (11-3 District 4-AAA) squad, and will look to improve on 2016’s second place finish in District 4-AAA.
