Over the weekend, the boys and girls wrestling teams had success at the state tournament in Murfreesboro, with the girls placing second overall, and two boys placing in the top 10 individually.
The girls team had strength in numbers this weekend, with four girls finishing in the top five of their respective weight classes.
Krista LeGagneur finished third for her weight class with her sister, Emily, also finishing third for her weight class.
Kianna Price finished third and Zoe DeJohng finished fifth.
On the boys side, Max Grayson had the best run at state, finishing runner-up for the 170-pound weight class, while his teammate Kyle Burns placed sixth in the 126-pound class.
